There is a bit played where he's talking about it to the camera. Then it shows him sitting there saying: "If that was you, I was able to hear something. I couldn't discern exactly what it was you said." During the second sentence there, you can hear another voice that SyFy's camera caught underlying his saying something. Later in the program Brandy's camera is pulled, and Ash makes a point of saying it's the same spot ( or maybe a little further down ) that she was tugged ... only they are on the middle level at the time !
